Canary Islands, Spain. All merchandise is created, designed, drawn, packaged and shipped by me. So please keep that in mind.
✿ Do you ship to the worldwide?
Yes! I ship worldwide, as long as your country allows it. Please make sure that you can receive your package without problem.
✿ Do orders include a tracking number?
Yes! All orders have a tracking number (that's why perhaps the price is a bit high for outside of Europe), but in this way we make sure that the order arrives without problem. You will be able to see the route of your order.
Orders are sent by the Spanish transport company, Correos.
✿ How long it will take for my order to arrive?
To Spain: 6 - 14 Business Days
To Europe: 15 - 25 Business Days
To other part of the world: 25 - 60 Business Days
Please keep in mind that due to COVID, everything can be delayed. In any case, the estimated time may be less, especially for Spain and European countries.
✿ Exchange and return policy?
They will only be carried out if your product has manufacturing defects, otherwise not. Please flavor me and it will be replaced.
✿ I need to change or add something to my order, how do I contact?
